Information about tastings
Tastings are always hosted on Friday nights (20:00 hours), and sometimes in the Sunday afternoon (14:30 hours) . The duration of a tasting is about two to two and a half hours.
Public tastings
At these tastings the theme of the tasting, and often the different whiskies as well, are announced upfront the event. If you would like to attend a public tasting, please reserve a seat prior to the tasting. Public tasting will proceed if there's a minimum of 8 participants.
Private tastings
For groups of eight to twelve people, we also organize private whisky tastings. The price of such tastings starts at € 25,- per participant. The whisky menu can be selected in consultation.
Unfortunately, we don't host bachelor parties...
Reservations
We recommend our guests to make their reservations well in time. Due to the popularity and the limited seats, our tastings are often fully booked within no time. Keep in mind you won't be able to attend a private tasting hosted by another party.
Your reservation will be final after completing the full payment. If you would like to use a gift certificate, please tell us the code printed on the gift certificate, or send us the gift certificate at reservation. It's also possible to come by our local store to hand in your gift certificate. For private tastings the deposit amounts the price of the tasting for eight people.
When the customer cancels a reservation there will be no refunds, unless we are able to fill the cancelled reservation. If not, the customer will receive a gift certificate worth 50% of the price of the cancelled reservation. You're able to redeem your gift certificate at our local store. If a customer does not attend his or her scheduled tasting without notifying us, there will be no refunds of any kind at all.
Please pay attention to the theme of the whisky tasting. Tastings differ much. If you would like to participate, please write us.
After a tasting we will give you a 10% discount on all tasted whiskies and other whiskies in our assortment. This discount is valid only after a tasting and can't be used in combination with other special offers.
